摘　　要：内锥螺纹的加工是生产中较为复杂的一项任务,而内锥螺纹与直螺纹组合、其牙形为球形的特殊内螺纹的加工难度则更为突出。针对这种特殊螺纹的加工,对采用传统工艺方法进行加工时存在的不足进行了深入的分析研究,从而开拓新思路,提出新的工艺和加工方法,并将该工艺理论和加工方法成功地应用于企业的生产实践中。The manufacturing of inside tapered thread is difficult, but the manufacturing of the special inside thread which tooth shape is spherical is more difficult, because it is combined by the inside tapered thread and the straight thread.If the special thread is manufactured using the traditional process, we will meet many problems. According to the insufficiency, a new processing method is proposed in this paper and it is applied to enterprise's production practice successfully.
