铸铁件渗铬处理试验研究

摘　　要：研究了铸铁表面铸渗铬合金层形成过程。结果表明,铸渗层是由铸铁液与铬铁颗粒对流传质方式形成的,而且浇注温度越高,铸渗铬合金层越厚。The forming process of cast-chromized alloy layer on the surface of gray iron isstudied.The results show that the cast-chromized layer has formed by conduction of guality convective in the iron-melt to the grain of Cr-Fe.The higher casting temperature,the thicker cast-chromized alloy layer.
