摘　　要：CyberKnife(赛博刀)是一种肿瘤立体定向放射外科/治疗(SRS/SRT)领域的新技术,具有实时影像引导、无框架定位及高精确度等优势,近年来已被应用在全身肿瘤的治疗上。本文综述了国外使用CyberKnife治疗颅内外肿瘤的进展。CyberKnife is a newly developed technology in the field of stereotactic radiosurgery/raditherapy（ SRS/ SRT） , Compared with econventionat SRS/SRT. there are many advantages for CyberKuife in terms of beitlg real-time inlageguided. frameless. highly accurale, etc. Recently. it has been used to treat different types of malignant carcinoma including inlracranial and extraeranial tumors. This article summarized the contemporary, progress of CyherKnife in the treatment of intracranial and extracranial tumors.
