摘  要:目的:探讨抑郁大鼠模型的制作及抗抑郁药文拉法辛对模型的影响。方法:利用慢性不可预见性温和刺激结合孤养制备抑郁大鼠模型,对抑郁模型分别进行文拉法辛、蒸馏水(对照组)灌胃,于实验开始前1天和实验第22天运用糖水消耗实验和敞箱实验评定大鼠的行为学改变,并和正常对照组作比较。结果:大鼠抑郁模型在第22天建立成功。抑郁模型组与正常对照组相比较,大鼠敞箱试验得分、液体消耗试验中糖水消耗均明显下降;正常对照组与文拉法辛组相比较差异无统计学意义。结论:慢性不可预见性的温和刺激结合孤养可制备比较理想的抑郁症模型,文拉法辛可显著改善抑郁模型大鼠的行为学异常。Objective: To study the procedures of establishing a chronic stress depression model with rats, and to observe the effect of venlafaxine, an anti-depression drug, on the behavior changes of the model rats. Methods: The rat model of depression was produced by isolation and chronic unpredictable mild stress. The rats' behavior was observed with open field test and sucrose consumption test after intragastdc administration with venlafaxine or distilled water ( as control) for 22 days. Results: The rat model of depression was established successfully on the 22nd day. In the depressive group, the scores of open field test and consumption of sugar water were significantly lower than those in control group. Those in venlafaxine treated group and control group did not differ from each other. Conclusion: The rat model of depression can be established successfully by isolation and chronic unpredicted mild stress, whereas venlafaxine can prevent the abnormal behavior of the depression rats.
