2003年贵阳城区5737名儿童少年生长发育状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本地区儿童少年生长发育状况及变化趋势,为本地区学校卫生保健提供科学建议及指导。方法:采用整群分阶段抽样方法抽取本地区5737名6～13岁儿童少年进行形态、机能、营养状况及常见病等测量。结果:本地区儿童少年生长发育状况良好,生长发育趋势符合一般规律,呈现增长趋势;生长发育领先全省水平,但营养状况不理想,营养不良率达7.74%;肥胖率:14.6%;学校常见病以视力低下,龋齿,沙眼检出率高。结论:贵阳城区6～13岁儿童少年生长发育呈加速趋势,同时还存在营养不良率偏高和肥胖率上升的双峰状况。Objective： To study the growth and development status and its tendency of children and adolescents in Guiyang city, and so as to provide scientific basis for the corresponding hygienic work in the region. Methods：Morph genesis, function, nutritional status and occurred common diseases of 5737 school children and adolescents aged 6 - 13 in the region were surveyed with cluster multistage sampiing method. Results： The state of and development of children and adolescents in the region was good; the tendency of their growth and development corresponded to general regularity, and the indexes were increasing from year to year; The level of growth vincial average,while the nutritional status was not as and development was higher than the proideal, which showed a malnutrition rate of 7.74% and a obesity rate of 14.6% ; The incidences of poor sight, dental caries and trachoma were relatively high among those of the common diseases in schools. Conclusion：The growth and development status of children and adolescents presents an increasing tendency, but an ascendant split-blip tendency of unsymmetrically high malnutrition rate and obesity rate occurs.
