摘  要:针对自由曲面壳体的测量问题,研究了非接触测量时激光束跟踪测量高精度自由曲面壳体的一种自适应测量算法。从测量速度和精度两方面考虑,提出采用圆弧切线外插算法控制激光束跟踪扫描,实现曲面的自适应跟踪测量。采用该算法在三坐标测量机上用激光束跟踪快速扫描测量电力安全帽实物样件,并对其进行实物原型的数字化处理,完成了电力安全帽反求工程测量任务。测量实验表明采用该算法跟踪和测量精度高,测量速度快。The adaptive algorithm for laser tracking scanning comphcated free-form surface with high accuracy is approached, in which the am extrapolation method is adopted to control the laser tracking scanning. It is that the measurement point can be predieted via the am extrapolation method and can be adaptive to sense the change of the free-form surface. The reverse engineering measurement process mainly consists of the actual geometry scanning and the digitized data processing. The real safety helmet for electric protection is measured at the coordinate measuring machine with high-speed laser tracking scanning, and the digitized data processing is completed. Measuring Experiments show that this method is effective for improving measuring accuracy and efficiency of laser tracking scanning flee-form surface.
