摘  要:目的:利用三维光弹应力分析法研究前牙区垂直牵引力作用于尖牙和弓丝的牵引曲上牙弓内各牙齿的受力情况,找出更有利于牙齿移动的牵引力作用点位置。方法:制作上下颌三维光弹模型,对两组模型加载0.016英寸不锈钢圆丝,15°摇椅弓,前牙区垂直牵引力分别作用在尖牙和侧切牙与尖牙之间的牵引圈上,研究单颗牙牙槽骨各点应力值,从而描述两种加载方式下单颗牙牙周组织应力分布规律及运动趋势。结果:两种工况的共同点:■均受整体远中移动,龈向压低,冠颊向倾斜,冠向远中旋转的作用力;■均受整体远中移动,向伸长,冠向远中旋转的作用力;|23均受唇向力及向伸长力。不同点:■在工况2作用下受冠向远中旋转力大于工况1,冠颊向力小于工况1;■在工况1作用下整体颊向移动,在工况2作用下近中颊向远中舌向扭转,且整体受力大于工况1;■在工况2作用下受力稍小于工况1。结论:建议临床上进行垂直牵引以及Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类牵引时将前牙区作用力施加在弓丝上,更有利于牙齿向期望的方向移动,纠正矢状向和垂直向不调。Objective: To investigate the stress distribution and movement tendency of lower teeth with vertical elastics exerting on tooth or archwire by three - dimensional photoelastic analysis, and find out the more effective loading position for clinic. Methods: We established two photoelastical models of full teeth, loaded with 0. 016 inch , 15°reverse - curve arch wires with vertical elastics exerting on tooth and archwire, then examined the stress of every point of alveolar bone to investigate the stress distribution regularity of pertooth to describe their move tendency. Results: Similar forces produced by two loading methods were as follows: the second and first molars were intruded and moved to distal; the crowns were rotated to distal and inclined buccally. The second pre - molars were extruded and moved to distal on bodily; the crowns were rotated to distal. The canines and the lateral incisors were extruded and moved labially. The different forces were as follows: the forces of condition 2 that made the first and second molars rotated to distal were higher than that of condition 1, but the forces made the crowns inclined buccally were lower than that of condition 1. Loading by condition 1, the second premolars were moved buccally. Loading by condition 2, the mesial side was rotated bucccaliy and the distal side was rotated lingually. The forces produced by condition 2 were higher than that of condition 1. The forces produced by condition 2 on the canines and the lateral incisors were lower than that of condition 1. Conclusion: We suggested that the intermaxillary traction exerting on archwire can make effective results.
