金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂牙保存活髓的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察采用金属烤瓷全冠PFM(Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown)修复早期隐裂牙以保存活髓的临床疗效。方法:将67例78个早期隐裂牙随机分为两组,A组39个患牙采用综合治疗;B组39个患牙直接烤瓷冠修复;A、B两组跟踪观察2年。结果:A组2年成功率为66.7%,B组成功率为90.2%。结论:烤瓷冠修复治疗早期隐裂牙有利于保存活髓。Objective： To estimate the clinical significance of PFM treatment for the cracked teeth in the protection of the pulp. Methods： 78 cracked posterior teeth were divided into two groups randomly. Group A were treated with comprehensive treatment; Group B were treated with PFM. All cases were followed up for 2 years. Results： The efficacy within two years for group A was 66.7%, for group B was 90.2% . Conclusion： PFM treatment for the early cracked teeth is benefit to the protection of pulp.
