摘 要:目的:探讨人牙陶瓷化骨的组织相容性与成骨作用。方法:将临床拔除的健康牙去除牙髓和根面残留的软组织,制成约1.0mm×1.0mm×0.5mm大小的骨块,经0.25mol/L氢氧化钠溶液、30%过氧化氢液反复浸泡脱脂、脱蛋白,干燥后在900℃恒温1h下陶瓷化,在狗下颌骨制备15mm×20mm×10mm的箱状骨缺损,植入所制备的人牙陶瓷化骨材料,观察术后局部组织反应,并分别在术后2、3月获取标本,制成硬组织切片,观察人牙陶瓷化骨组织愈合和骨生长情况。结果:陶瓷化人牙骨颗粒组织相容性好,能引导颌骨缺损区新骨形成。结论:人牙陶瓷化骨可作为骨移植材料用于充填颌骨缺损。Objective: To study the biocompatibility and osteogenesis capability of human tooth ceramic in repairing dog mandibular defect. Methods: Extracted human teeth were eliminated the pulp and periodontal membrane and cut into 1. 0mm ×1.0mm × 0.5mm blocks. The blocks were fabricated into human tooth ceramic and implanted into 15mm × 20mm × 10mm defect prepared in dog mandible. The biocompatibility and osteogenesis capability of human tooth ceramic in dog mandibular defect were investigated by gross observation and histological observation on undecalcified sections stained with Stevenel blue/van Gieson 2 and 3 months after the operation. Results: Implanted human tooth ceramic had good biocompatibility. Defect sites showed osteogenesis and calcification around human tooth ceramic. Conclusion: Human tooth ceramic may serve as a bone graft for the repairing of mandible defect.
