摘  要:目的探讨高血压性脑出血前头部不适患者神经电生理学特征。方法对伴有高血压病的急性头部不适患者进行脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)/脑电地形图(brain electrical activity mapping,BEAM)检查,跟踪随访6个月内出现脑出血者为研究对象,未出现脑出血者为对照组,比较两组患者EEG/BEAM特征及两组患者高血压分级与BEAM变化的关系。结果两组患者,EEG/BEAM表现为快波频带绝对功率值减少,慢波频带绝对功率值增高,研究组较对照组更加明显(P<0.05);随着高血压病史的延长和病情加重,BEAM异常率亦明显增加,研究组较对照组异常率更高(P<0.05)。结论脑电地形图能比较灵敏的反映脑出血前头部不适患者脑功能的变化情况,从而为脑出血的发生进行早期预测和预防性治疗提供参考和依据。Objective To analyze the electrophysiologic characteristics of hypertensive intracerebral pre-bemorrbage patients with head discomforts. Methods 376 patients with head discomforts and hypertension were enrolled into our studies and were divided into the subjects and controls according to their outcome after six month follow-up. Abnormalities of EEG/BEAM of the two groups and their relationship to hypertension were analyzed respectively. Results The characteristics of hypertensive intracerebral pre-bemorrbage patients with head discomforts were predominance of slow activity and decrease of the fast frequency bands. The positive rate of EEG/BEAM of the subjects was remarkably higher than that of the controls and significantly increased with the duration and severity of hypertension. Conclusions EEG/BEAM could reveal the function of the brain and was of great value to forecast the onset and to guide the preventive therapy for hypertensive intracerebral pre-bemorrbage patients with head discomforts.
