摘　　要：虚拟企业联盟体是由盟主企业和盟员企业组成的。第三方物流与第四方物流是现代物流发展的趋势,它们在虚拟企业联盟体中组织形态关键取决于这个虚拟企业联盟体提供的最终产品是物流产品还是非物流产品。在由物流企业和制造型企业组成的虚拟联盟体中,物流企业是盟员;而在由第四方物流为组织者的虚拟物流企业联盟体中,第四方物流是盟主。The virtual enterprise alliance body is composed of core company and leaguer company. The third and the fourth party logistics are the trend of modern logistics. Their histomorphology in the virtual enterprise alliance body lies in whether the provided terminal product is logistics one or not. The logistics enterprise is leaguer company in the virtual enterprise alliance body consisting of logistics enterprise and manufacturing, while the fourth party logistics is core company when it is the organizer in the virtual enterprise alliance body.
