摘　　要：骨转移在晚期肿瘤患者中是相当常见的,其发生率占全身转移性肿瘤的第三位,及时和有效的治疗有赖于对骨转移的早期诊断和疗效的评估。现就骨代谢生化指标Ⅰ型胶原氨基末端肽的理化特点、检测方法、在骨转移诊断中的应用、在疾病进展和骨转移疗效评估以及预后评价中的应用作一综述。Bone metastases, a common problem in advanced cancer patients, occupy the third position of occurrence rate in metastatic cancers. Promptly and effective treatment depends on early diagnosis and evaluation of treatment to bone metastases. This review focuses on biochemical characteristics and detective methods of cross-linked type Ⅰ collagen N-telopeptide, which has clinical value in diagnosis, guiding treatment and prognosis of bone metastases.
