摘  要:目的探讨微型营养评定法(mini—nutritional assessment,MNA)在恶性梗阻性黄疸患者营养评价中的价值。方法采用MNA方法评价100例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的营养状况,同时测量其生化营养指标,分析MNA与生化营养指标的相关性。结果根据MNA评价结果,恶性梗阻性黄疸患者中营养不良者占22%,营养不良危险者占54%;营养不良、营养不良危险及营养正常患者的生化营养指标间有显著差异,MNA总分与生化营养指标呈相关性(r=0.212~0.553,P〈0.05)。结论恶性梗阻性黄疸患者营养不良和营养不良危险发生率高;MNA适用于该类患者的营养评价。Objective To assess the value of Mini-Nutritional Assessment (MNA) in evaluating the nutritional status of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods The nutritional status of 100 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice was measured with MNA, and the correlation between the MNA results and the biochemical nutritional markers of the patients was investigated. Results According to the scores of MNA, the prevalence of malnutrition was 7 % among these patients,of whom 54% were at risk of malnutrition. Significant differences were found in the biochemical nutritional markers between the malnourished patients, those at risk of malnutrition and those in adequate nutritional status. MNA score was positively correlated with the biochemical nutritional markers ( r = 0. 212-0. 540, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The prevalence and risk of malnutrition are rather high in patients with malignant obstructive jaundice, and MNA can be effective for nutritional assessment in such patients.
