摘　　要：实践教学是高等学校教学环节中非常重要的一个环节,是理论教学的延续、拓展和深化;实践教学是培养和造就具有创新意识和创新能力高素质人才的重要途径,应该在教学内容、教学方法、教学体系方面进行必要的改革尝试,学校将创新思想融入到实践教学的各个环节中去,从外部环境和内在机制上促进学生创新能力的培养.咸宁学院生物医学工程系在这几个方面进行了一系列行之有效的改革尝试,并且收到了良好的效果.Practice teaching is a very important part of the teaching system in universities, is also the extending, complementing and deepening of the theory teaching. Practice teaching is the important way to cultivate innovative consciousness and innovative ability of undergraduates. Colleges should reform the teaching connotation, methods,system, put the idea of innovating into every parts of practice teaching system, improve the exterior and interior environment to promote the undergraduate ability of innovating. A series of reforms have been made in the department of biomedical engineering of Xianning college, it also receives very good effect.
