摘　　要：在原有校、院(系)两级管理模式下,组织跨院系的教学团队和建设跨院系的校级平台课的难度很大。本文是系列文章的第二篇,在分析组织跨院系的教学团队中存在困难的基础上,探讨跨院系校级平台课建设的组织模式与操作方式,提出跨院系校级平台课建设规范的框架与建设性意见,为建设好跨院系的校级平台课提供建设性意见。Under the existing two-level management modes of university and college（or department）, it is difficult to build cross - college teaching teams and construct cross - discipline university - level platform courses. In this article, which is the second of a series of papers, based on analyzing the difficulty existing in build cross- college teaching teams, organization pattern and operation mode of constructing the universitylevel platform courses are studied, and standard frame and some constructive suggestions are put forward. Constructive suggestions on constructing the cross-college university-level platform courses are given in this paper.
