摘  要:目的建立因泼来特注射液中盐酸普鲁卡因和咖啡因的含量测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水-三乙胺(13:87:0.02)(稀醋酸调节pH值为3.9)为流动相,流速:0.8 mL·min^-1,检测波长:273 nm。结果盐酸普鲁卡因在5.29~52.90μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.32%;咖啡因在3.78~37.80μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.26%。结论该法简洁,快速,准确,可同时测定两物质的含量。Objective To establish HPLC assay for the determination of procaine hydrochloride and caffeine in impletol injection. Methods The HPLC was conducted on a Hypersil ODS C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 ram, 5 μm) with acetonitrile- water-triethylamine (pH adjusted to 3.9 with dilute acentic acid ) ( 13 : 87 : 0.02 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL · min ^-1 and detection wavelength was at 273 nm. Results There was a good linear correlation within a range of 5.29-52.90μg · mL^-1 of procaine hydrochloride. The average recovery of procaine hydrochloride was 99.3% ( RSD was 1,32% ) , and there was a good linear correlation within a range of 3, 78-37.80 μg · mL^-1 of caffeine, the average recovery of caffeine was 98.8% ( RSD was 1.26% ). Conclusion The method is shown to be simple and accurate.
