摘 要:以轴向磁化永磁环和径向磁化永磁环的磁场分布为基础,分别分析了利用径向磁化永磁环和利用轴向磁化与径向磁化永磁环组合的结构获得均匀磁场的可能性。模拟计算表明,当结构尺寸适当时,两种形式均可以获得轴向均匀磁场。在分析对比这两种方法优劣的基础上,以轴向磁化和径向磁化永磁环组合结构为蓝本,设计了一个由多块辐射状径向磁化永磁环和轴向磁化永磁环组合而成的轴向均匀磁场结构,结构总长400mm,均匀区长度达到234mm,约占总长的60%,均匀区的磁感应强度达到0.7T。Axial magnetic fields produced by axially and radially magnetized permanent magnet rings were studied at first, respectively. Then the possibilities of producing axial plane magnetic fields by two structures, two radially magnetized permanent magnet rings and a structure composed of two radially magnetized and one axial magnetized permanent magnet rings, were analysed, respectively. Simulation computation validated the possibilities. The advantages and disadvantages of the two structures were compared, then a new hybrid struture was designed on the basis of the latter structure, with a overall length of 400mm, field strength of 0.7T and long plane axial magnetic field region of 234 mm.
