摘　　要：利用生物制剂提高烟叶发酵后的内在品质,是当前烟草行业的一个重要研究领域.本文综述了微生物在烟叶发酵中的作用机理,总结了生物制剂在烟叶发酵中的应用研究现状及成果.认为应加强生物制剂在烟叶发酵中的应用研究,以便利用生物制剂来提高烟叶的发酵质量.This paper reviewed the action mechanisms of microbe in tobacco fermentation during aging process,and summarized the present situation and achievements in the applied researches of biologic preparation in tobacco fermentation. It was suggested that the applied researches of biologic preparation in tobaeco fermentation should be enhanced in order to improve the fermentation quality of tobacco leaves.
