走在生态复兴的前沿——德国鲁尔工业区的生态措施

摘　　要：在长期的工业生产过程中,德国鲁尔工业区生态环境遭到严重破坏,生态修复是鲁尔工业区后工业时代实现产业转型的重要措施。文章分析了鲁尔工业区工业兴盛的背景和原因,介绍了鲁尔工业区在区域复兴中设立自然保护区的做法,对大气、水体、爆矸山、檀物生境系统采取的生态修复措施。从恢复和改善生态环境入手,创造宜人的生活环境,为发展新兴产业和开展旅游创造条件,成为鲁尔工业区实现区域复兴的关键。这对我国老工业基地,特别是传统工业城市和资源枯竭型城市的复兴具有重要的借鉴意义。In the long period industrial age, the ecology environment at Ruhr Industrial Base in Germany was destroyed seriously, Ecological rehabilitation is adopted as an important measure to realize industry transformation in the post-industrial era at Ruhr Industrial Base. The article analyses the reasons why Ruhr Industrial Base was once prosperous and the background of that time. It also introduces that Ruhr industrial Base has set up natural reserves to preserve air, water, gangue hills, botanic environment by adopting a series of ecological rehabilitation measures. This area＇s renaissance is started with the ecological rehabilitation, creating delightful living environment, to develop new industry and tourism. All the measures become the key point for the renaissance. It has great reference meaning to long-established industrial bases in China, especially to the renaissance of traditional industrial cities and resources drying cities.
