摘　　要：纳滤由于具有独特的分离性能,目前已成为国内外膜分离领域研究的热点。主要介绍了纳滤膜分离的机理、特点及其在食品工业中的应用。At present, a great many researches of membrane separation have been focused on nanofiltration membrane due to its predominant separation capability. In this work, mechanism and characteristic of nanofihration membrane were introduced as well as its application in food industry.
