一株嗜热厌氧糖酵解细菌的分离和特征

摘　　要：从四川省康定县热温泉分离出一株嗜热厌氧糖酵解细菌。该菌营养琼脂滚管表面菌落呈假根状，中央凸起，边缘叶状，不产生色素。细胞呈直杆状或微弯曲，细胞末端形成球状体，而且只有一个。单细胞１．０μｍ宽，２．０—３．０μｍ长，运动，不形成芽孢，革兰氏阴性。最适生长ｐＨ６．５，最适生长温度６５℃。发酵葡萄糖，淀粉生产氢、二氧化碳、醋酸、乙醇。A thermophilic anaerobic glycolytic bacterium was isolated from the hot spring of Kang Ding County of Sichuan Province.The colonies in nutrient agar roll tube are rhizoid,central raised,lobate and non pigment.The single cell is rod or slightly curved rod.Half of the cells produce a spheroid in their terminal.The single cell is 1.0 μm in width and 2.0? ?.0μm in length,motile,nonsporeformative and gram negative.The optimum growth pH is 6.5,and the temperature is 65℃ for the optimum growth.Fermentation products from glucose,starch are hydrogen,carbon dioxide,acetic acid,alcohol and trace amounts of propionic acid.
