摘　　要：文章在对我国高新技术企业国际化经营现状加以分析的基础上,从国际风险感知研究的全新视角出发,对高新技术企业所面临的人力资源风险、技术风险、财务风险、市场风险、政治风险、责任风险、管理风险进行聚焦探讨,并分别从政府、行业协会和企业三个层面来构建风险防范体系。The 21st century is a period of knowledge economy with high-tech industry playing a leading role. And high -tech is a kind of national competitiveness presented with the form of science and technology. This research takes Chinese high-tech enterprises＇ international operation as its background.Based on the view of international risk perception and identification, the key risks are identified and focally analyzed, and finally how to establish a risk prevention system is discussed as well.
