摘  要:研究了以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-凹凸棒土为催化剂,对羟基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料合成尼泊金乙酯,并考察影响反应的因素。结果表明:酸醇摩尔比为1∶4、催化剂用量为3%、反应时间4h是最佳的反应条件,产品收率达93.2%。该催化剂与单组分固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2相比,具有成本较低,与产物易分离、可重复使用、不污染环境等优点,是对环境友好并具有应用前景的绿色催化剂。The synthesis of ethylparaben with p-hydroxy benzoic acid and ethanol as reactants and solid superacid SO4^2 -/TiO2- attapulgite as catalyst were studied. The influencing factors on reaction were investigated. The results showed that the best appropriate conditions should be: the moal ratio of acid to alcohol was 1:4,the weight of catalyst was 3% and the reaction time 4h. The yield of ethylparaben was about 93.2%. Comparied with unfixed solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2, this complex catalyst was lower cost, easy to separate, and could be applied repeatedly. The catalyst was an environment-friendly green catalyst with great-applied value in the future.
