摘  要:针对网络协同工艺设计的特点,结合自主开发的网络化制造平台eCW S,提出了一个基于多Agent的网络协同工艺设计系统架构。根据协同工艺设计的需要,对协作企业共享资源进行分类,并建立了资源对象模型,该模型可根据不同的协同过程进行重组和扩展。研究了支持协同工艺设计的分层决策机制和数据管理模型,开发了协同工艺设计系统e-CAPP。实例表明,该系统能使异地协作人员通过网络协同对产品工艺进行设计、分析与优化。Directed against the characteristics of network cooperated technical design and combined with the independently developed networked manufacturing platform eCWS a system frame of network cooperated technical design was put ,forward based on multiple Agent. In accordance with the requirements of cooperated technical design the classification was carried out on enterprise communion resources and the resource object model was established. This model can be regrouped and enlarged in accordance with different cooperative process. The delaminated decision making mechanism that supports the cooperated technical design and data management model were studied and the cooperated technical designing system e- CAPP was developed. The living example showed that this system could enable the cooperative workers in different places to carrying out design, analysis and optimization cooperatively on the product technology through network.
