摘 要:通过对Tchebycheff lambada近似直线机构的结构和运动特性进行分析,揭示了该机构作为近似直线导引机构,其直线精度高的缘由;对其综合方法进行归纳,总结出以轨迹对称的连杆机构作为近似直线导引机构的综合理论方法;举例证明了该方法的正确性。Through carrying out analysis on the structure and kinematic characteristics of Tchebycheff Lambada approximate linear mechanism, the reasons that caused a high linear precision for this mechanism, while it is served as an approximate linear guidance mechanism, were brought to light. An induction was carried out on its synthetic method, and the synthetic theoretical method of taking the path symmetrical connecting rod mechanism as the approximate linear guidance mechanism has been summarized. The correctness of this method was testified with illustrative examples.
