摘　　要：建立用HPLC法测定龟蛇酒中阿魏酸的含量。采用Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱;甲醇-5%醋酸（25∶75）为流动相;流速：1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长：320nm;阿魏酸在0.97-48μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.3%。本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为龟蛇酒质量控制的方法。A HPLC method was establish for the determination of ferulic acid in Guishe Jiu. A Hypersil ODS-C18 column was used with methanol -5% acetic acid solution （25 ： 75） as the mabile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL . min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 320nm. The linear range for ferulic acid were 0.97-48μg. mL^-1, r=0.9999. The average recovery rate was 100.8% and RSD was 1.3%. The method is simple reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the Guishe Jiu.
