摘  要:文章采用开放式调查、专家访谈、理论分析等方法建构了大学体育教师教学能力的结构,并通过证实性因子分析证实了大学体育教师教学能力结构包括七个因子,即运用现代技术能力、课堂组织与管理能力、教法运用与知识传授能力、教学实施与调控能力、考评与处理突发事件能力、讲解示范能力、教学设计能力。因素分析结果显示,七因素模型拟合度较好,且具有一定的稳定性。各项目与所属因子及量表总分之间高度相关,具有较好的构想效度和项目信度。This essay forms the structure of the teaching ability of university physical education teachers by open investigation, interviewing experts, analyzing theories and some other methods. By using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, it proves that the teaching ability of university PE teachers consists of seven factors. They are the ability of using modem technologies, the ability of organizing and managing the class, the ability of imparting knowledge to others and using teaching methods, the ability of carrying out and controlling the teaching, the ability of evaluating and dealing with emergencies, the ability of explaining and demonstrating clearly, the ability of designing different teachings. The result of the analysis shows that the seven model factors have a high imitation degree and some stability. There is a high association between each item and its factors as well as the whole scale and total cents, so there is a sound construct validity and reliability.
