摘　　要：以《期刊出版管理条例》、国际标准ISO3297:1998—国际连续出版物号(ISSN)、国家标准GB/T9999-2001—中国连续出版物号(CN)以及新闻出版执法部门目前掌握的情况为依据,界定了非法期刊的范围,阐述了非法期刊的主要表现形式,将现在已知的所有识别非法期刊的方法进行了总结并归纳为6大类。In accordance with 〈 Regulation on Journal Publication Management〉, International Standard ISO3297：1998-International Standard Serial Number（ISSN）, National Standard GB/T9999-2001-China Serial Number （CN） and circumstance mastered by the legislative agencies of journalism and publications, the essay defined scopes of illegal journals with the mani- festation forms and summarized solutions as to illicit publication identification known into six categories.
