摘　　要：软件测评是一个极为复杂的工作,首先因为软件种类繁多评价指导思想各不相同,其次评价方法、评价标准也没有确定的具体规范。就专家系统开发平台测评指标及指标权重的确定方法做了一些探索,介绍了测评指标所遵循的基本国家标准及细节指标的确定依据;探讨了用层次分析法确定指标权重的方法。Software evaluation is an extremely complex work. On one hand, types of software are various and the guidance idea of evaluation is different, and there is no definite standard for assessment method and evaluation criteria. In this paper, evaluation target and the target weight collection definite method of the platform of the expert system is studied. The basic national standards that the evaluation target follows are introduced and determination basis of the detail target is given. Also, the method of determining the target weight based on the analytic hierarchy is discussed.
