摘　　要：我国高校基层科研组织优势独特、作用显著、模式多样、职能各异,但同时科研经费严重不均,不少高校在其科研组织模式及其运行机制改革方面作了许多有益的探索,以便更好地发挥基层科研组织的职能,促进高校内部管理体制改革的进一步深化。The Basic unit scientific research organization of Chinese Universities has a unique superiority and remarkable function. It has diverse patterns and different respectively functions. Bus simultaneously the scientific research funds are seriously uneven. Many universities have made many beneficial explorations in its scientific research organization pattern and reform in its running mechanism in order to fully express the function of the basic unti scientific research organization, and to give a further promotion to the internal management organizational reform.
