摘　　要：随着创新管理理论研究与实践探索的不断深入,企业的微观创新管理研究逐渐形成了三种层次递进的基本观点:从"事件观"、"流程观"发展为"能力观".对这三种观点进行基本理论分析和国内外案例研究,论述了创新管理的"能力观"将是企业创新管理的必然趋势.It raises an idea that divides innovation management theory into three stages of Event View, Process View and Capability View. It depicts three stages and conducts case studies on the three generations and validates practical applications of the three innovation management concepts, which play leading role in different enterprise life cycles.
