摘　　要：从高校科研管理的角度,分析了高校专利战略包含的基本内容,从专利战略目标、专利申请战略和专利实施战略三个层面探讨高校专利战略模式构建,并且从专利战略规划、科研项目过程管理和科研成果转移三个方面,探讨了专利战略实施的相关对策和措施.From the angle of scientific research management in colleges and universities, it analyzes the basic contents of patent strategy in colleges and universities. It discusses the construction of patent strategy pattern in colleges and universities from the patent strategy object, the patent application strategy and the patent actualization strategy. It also discusses the measures related with the patent strategy actualization from the patent strategy plan, the process management of scientific research items and the transfer of science research achievements.
