摘  要:研究了座壳孢(Aschersonia Montagne)分离株Jos009代谢产物的抗菌活性和抗真菌作用机理,并比较了不同培养方式对其代谢产物活性的影响.结果表明,Jos009液体培养的代谢产物有广谱抗细菌(最小抑制浓度从37.5到150μg/mL)活性,发现座壳孢代谢产物具有抗植物病原真菌这一新的生物活性.经扫描电镜观察,该菌代谢产物可直接作用于黄瓜枯萎病病原菌尖镰孢古巴专化型的细胞壁,导致细胞壁降解和坏死.此外,研究表明,液体培养比固体培养更有利于抗菌活性物质的产生.Antimicrobial activities and antifungal mechanism of the metabolites from Aschersonia sp. Jos009 were investigated, and comparative studies on the bioactivities of the metabolites under different cultivation conditions were conducted. The results showed that the metabolites produced by liquid cultivation displayed broad antibacterial spectrum and were active to some pathogenic fungi. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of the metabolites against sensitive bacteria ranged from 37.5 to 150 p^g/mL. The antifungal mechanism of the metabolites against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was further studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique. Considerable morphological alterations, including degradation, blistering and necrosis in the hyphae exposed to the active metabolites, were found. The study showed that liquid cultivation was better than solid cultivation for the production of bioactive metabolites.
