市民社会伦理精神与和谐伦理精神的构建——基于黑格尔、马克思和哈贝马斯市民社会伦理思想的启示

摘　　要：和谐社会的建设以和谐文化为基础,和谐文化以和谐精神为灵魂,而和谐伦理精神是和谐精神的价值内核。市民社会在和谐社会的构建中起基础性作用,市民社会是现代性的伦理实体,塑造了现代人的交往方式和存在方式,也孕育了现代社会特有的伦理精神,市民社会伦理精神是构建和谐社会中"价值理想"、"秩序伦理"、"政治伦理"和"交往伦理"不可或缺的重要精神资源。The construction of Harmonious Society is based on the harmonious culture, and the harmonious spirits is the soul of the harmonious culture, furthermore, the Harmonious Ethics is the core - value of the harmonious spirits. In the perspective of history and philosophy, Harmonious Etlfies is a new type of modem ethics. There are two historical priorities to the construction of Harmonious Ethics： one is the priority to the traditional harmonious ethics, the other is the priority to the old type of modem ethics. Civil society is the base of the Harmonious Society. Civil society, as an ethic object of modernity, which mould the modem people＇s pattern of association and existence. Civil society is also pregnant with the particular ethical spirit.s, which are the very important resources to construct the ＂value ideal＂, ＂order ethics＂, ＂politics ethics＂ and＂association ethics＂ in Harmonious Ethics.
