摘 要:为了探索改善刨花板力学性质的途径,采用全因素试验方法,对刨花板进行热老化处理。结果表明:在热老化过程中,时间对刨花板的内结合强度、静曲强度和弹性模量影响不显著;温度对刨花板的内结合强度影响显著,而对静曲强度和弹性模量影响不显著;厚度对刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量影响极显著,而对内结合强度影响显著。在生产实践中,不同厚度的刨花板采用不同的热老化工艺,才有望获得理想的效果。Thermal aging treatments were carried out in dry oven in order to find the way to improve the mechanical properties of PB by using all factors methods. The results indicated that the effects of time on the mechanical properties of PB were insignificant. The effects of temperature on IB of PB were significant , but not insignificant on MOE and MOR. The effects of thickness were exceedingly significant on MOR and MOE ,and significant on IB. The promising effects could be obtained by using different thermal aging techniques for PB with varying thickness in production.
