摘　　要：为检测及评价社区用“生活质量问卷”的信度、效度等品质特性。以生活质量问卷（ＱＯＬＩ－社区用修订版）测查了上海市长宁区１７６例慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量，每月１次，连续３次。结果显示，所有患者均顺利完成评估。评定者信度ＩＣＣ值为０．７４～０．８１，１个月后及２个月后重测信度分别为０．５４，０．４６（加权Ｋａｐｐａ，均Ｐ＜０．０１），同质信度Ｃｒｏｎｂａｃｈ｀ｓα系数０．７７～０．９６。因子分析证实了问卷的结构效度良好，不同康复水平及干预措施的组间比较也显示了其敏感性。提示该问卷的信度、效度、敏感性及简便性均较理想。The purpose of this study was to verify the reliability and validity of Quality of Life Interview (QOLI) for chronic schizophrenia in community. One hundred and seventy six patients were randomly collected from Changning District, Shanghai. Their quality of life was assessed by QOLI (Community version), and reassessed 1 and 2 months later in all patients. The inter rater coefficiency reliability ranged from 0.74 to 0.81 ( ICC via ANOVA). The test retest coefficiency reliability (Weighted Kappa) was 0.54 ( 1 month later, P <0.01) and 0.46 (2 month later , P <0.01). Internal consistency reliability ranged from 0.77 to 0.96 (Cronbach′s α coefficiency). The factor analysis confirmed the construct validity for QOLI. Furthermore, the high sensitivity of QOLI was observed among different intervention groups and different rehabilitation levels. It suggests that the instrument is satisfactory in reliability, validity, sensitivity and simplicity.
