摘 要:目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中smad_4 mRNA、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、转化生长因子β1受体(TGF-β1R)的表达及其意义。方法:常规石蜡包埋切片行smad_4 mRNA原位杂交染色及TGF-β1、TGF-β1R免疫组织化学染色。结果:在非浸润性乳腺癌、组织学分级1级和淋巴结无转移组织中smad_4 mRNA、TGF-β1、TGF-β1R的阳性表达率明显高于浸润性乳腺癌、组织学分级2级或3级和淋巴结转移组织,差异均有显著性意义:smad_4 mRNA、TGF-β1和TGF-β1R在乳腺癌中表达密切相关。结论:smad_4 mRNA、TGF-β1和TGF-βR表达可能与乳腺癌发生发展、生物学行为和预后密切相关。Objective: To examine the expression of smad4 mRNA, TGF-β1 and TGF-β1 R in breast cancer tissue and its biological significance. Methods:Smad 4 mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization technique, while TGF-β1 and TGF-β1R were deteced by immunohistochemical method of avidin-biotin complex in formalin fixed specimens of 72 patients. Results: The positive rate of smad 4 RNA,TGF-β1 and TGF-β1R were significantly higher in the tissues of non invasive breast cancers, histological grade 1 and without lymphnode metastasis than those of invasive breast cancers, histological grade 3 and with lymphnode me tastasis. Conclusion: smad4 mRNA, TGF-β1, TGF-βR1 may be associated with the carcinogenesis, biological behaviors and prognosis of breast cancer. These three factors may be used as important biological markers in breast cancer.
