摘　　要：学报是展示该校的学术全貌的门面与窗口,而学报编辑则是这个门面与窗口的展示人与发布人。学报的性质要求发布人应该是"学者化"的编辑,才能准确辨析社会文化发展的要求,创造性地缔结优秀文化成果,促进社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设。College journal is the facade and windows, through which the editors, as publishers, present an overall academic view of the college. Based on the nature of college journals, the editors are expected to he scholarly so as to he able to correctly identify the requirement of social and cultural development, and creatively conclude outstanding cultural achievements, promoting socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization construction.
