沈阳市乳腺癌流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析沈阳市2002￣2004年乳腺癌发病的流行病学特征。[方法]对乳腺癌发病率,发病构成等指标进行分析,并进行χ2差异性检验及年龄别发病率的χ2趋势检验。[结果]沈阳市2002￣2004年乳腺癌发病率为24.00/10万,(男性为0.39/10万,女性为47.63/10万),在恶性肿瘤中排在第4位,女性乳腺癌发病率排在女性恶性肿瘤第2位,占23.17%,且乳腺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=20.265,P=0.001)。50～年龄组乳腺癌发病率最高(69.76/10万),45～年龄组次之(68.12/10万)。市内5区中,沈河区乳腺癌发病率最高,为20.58/10万,皇姑区最低,为15.19/10万(χ2=29.082,P=0.001)。在各季节中乳腺癌发病第1季度最多(占28.18%),第2、第3、第4季度依次递减(χ2=25.65,P=0.001)。[结论]沈阳市乳腺癌发病水平较高,加强乳腺癌的防治工作刻不容缓。[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of breast cancer in Shenyang city from 2002 to 2004. [ Methods] The Incidence and constitute ratio of breast cancer were analyzed and x^2 test was conducted by using SAS6.12. [Results] The Incidence of breast cancer in Shenyang from 2002 to 2004 was 24.00/100 000 （0.39/100 000 for ,male, 47.63/100 000 for female）. The incidence of breast cancer ranked the fourth among that of malignant tumors. The incidence of female breast cancer ranked the second, which accounted for 23.17% of total female malignant tnmors, and the incidence of breast cancer increased gradually. Among all age groups, breast cancer incidence of 50-year-oht group （69.76/100 000） ranked the first, that of 45-year-old group （68.12/100 000） ranked the second. In live districts of the city, there as the highest incidence of breast cancer in Shenhe district. On the contrast, there was the lowest incidence of breast cancer irr Huanggu district. The differences among these five districts were si_gnifieant （X^2 = 29.082, P 〈 0.001 ）. The incidence of breast cancer was the highest in the lirst quarter of a year, which was descendent by turns in other quarters （x^2 = 25.65, P = 0.001 ）. [Conclusion] The breast cancer has a relative high incidence, so it is urgent to prevent and control breast cancer.
