白蛋白治疗原发性脑干出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察白蛋白在急性脑干出血中的疗效。方法将48例脑干出血病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予甘露醇及常规治疗。治疗组早期给予白蛋白10g静滴,1次/d,共7d。结果治疗组比对照组病死率明显降低(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分明显改善(P<0.05)。结论白蛋白治疗脑干出血可明显著提高生存率及降低神经功能缺损评分。Objective To investigate the efficacy of albumin in the treatment of brainstem hemorrhage. Methods 48 cases with braintem hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups： controlled group and experimental group. All cases were given mannitol and normal treatment. The experimental group was given albumin for 7days, 10g/d. Results The death rate was significant de- creased （P^0.05）, and neurological function was significant improved （P^0.05） in experimental group. Conclusion Albumin can improve subsistence rate and neurological function of the patients with brainstem hemorrhage.
