摘　　要：《医疗事故处理条例》颁布后,病案管理工作在医院管理中的作用和意义更加突出。病案统计信息人员必须提高整体综合素质,更新观念,变被动管理为主动服务,充分发挥信息职能效应,为医院管理者决策提供信息支持,为医院改革发展服务。Medical record management is getting more and more important after the publication of Regulation of Deposing the Medical Malpractice. The medical record practitioners have to improve their holistic quality, update their thought, turn the passive management into active service, and to exert the information function effect to provide information for supporting the decision - making of hospital administrators, and serve for the reform and development of the hospital.
