基质金属蛋白酶在大肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)在大肠癌中的表达与大肠癌生物学行为关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测MMP-2在大肠癌中的表达。结果68例大肠癌MMP-2总阳性率65%(44/68)。68例大肠癌中转移组35例,阳性表达80%(28/35)。无转移组33例,阳性表达49%(16/33)。MMP-2在大肠癌中的表达与肿瘤发生部位及组织学类型无明显关系。MMP-2在大肠癌中的高表达与肿瘤组织的浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关。结论检测大肠癌组织中MMP-2的表达对大肠癌患者辅助化疗及判断大肠癌生物学行为有重要意义。Objective Research the correlation between expression of MMP-2 in colorectal cancer and pathological factors, or biological behaviors in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-2 in 68 cases with colorectal cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of MMP-2 in colorectal cancer was not correlated with tumor region and histologic type,but related with depth of tumor invasion and metastasis. The frequency of positive cases in patients with colorectal cancer with of lymph, node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis（P〈 0. 025）. Conclusion The detection of the expression of MMP-2 in colorectal cancer was very important in adopting adjuvant chemotherapy and judging biological behaviors.
