碘的凝胶色谱测定方法

摘　　要：建立了碘的凝胶色谱测定方法。色谱条件为：Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋ　ＤＩＯＬ－１５０柱；流动相甲醇－０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ Ｈ３ＰＯ４（１０：９０）；流速为１．２ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ；柱温为３５℃；检测波长为２２４ｎｍ；线性范围是０．０１０～１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ；相关系数为０．９９９３；检测限为０．００１ｍｇ／Ｌ；相对标准偏差为１．２％～４．６％；回收率为９１％～９８％。所建立的方法已用于食盐、尿、海带等样品的测试，均取得较好的效果。A method for determination of iodine by gel filtration chromatography has been established. The chromatographic conditions were: column, Shim-pack DIOL-150; mobile phase, methanol-0. 01 mol/L H3PO4 (10: 90); flow rate, 1. 2 mol/min ; colum temperature, 35℃; detection wave length, 224 nm. The linear range was from 0. 010 mg/L to 1. 0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9993. The detection limit of iodine was 0. 001 mg/L. The RSD was in the range from 1. 2% to 4. 6% and the recovery ranged from 91%. The method has been applied to the analysis of table salt, urine and kelp sample.
