摘　　要：高职生职业道德教育的现状、高职生就业的严峻现实决定了只有改变当前职业道德教育乏力的现象,才能全面提高高职人才培养质量,适应社会发展的需要。为此,必须认真梳理当前高职职业道德教育中存在的问题和不足,在此基础上全面创新高职生职业道德教育,增强高职生职业道德教育实效性。the current status of the vocational moral education and the fact that employment state is not good for higher vocational school students show that we must change the phenomenon that vocational moral education is of less fact, The aim is to improve quality of the talent fostering, Meet demand of speeding the development of society. Therefore, we must face the problems and shortages in the vocational moral education, on this basis, innovating the vocational moral education for higher vocational school students, strengthening the practical result of vocational moral education.
