摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠实验性肝纤维化形成过程中肝组织生长抑素受体(SSTR)的表达及其变化,为临床肝纤维化及肝硬化的治疗提供借鉴。方法取SD大鼠60只,其中40只按皮下注射四氯化碳一周2次,每次2mL/kg的方法造成肝纤维化模型,另外20只皮下注射相同容量生理盐水作为正常对照组(A组)。根据造模的不同时间及肝组织的病理改变,20只造模7周后的SD大鼠设为肝纤维化组(B组),20只造模12周后的SD大鼠设为肝硬化组(C组)。采用免疫组织化学方法检测肝组织中SSTR的表达及分布。结果A组仅见少量SSTR_1表达,未见SSTR_2及SSTR_3表达。与A组相比,B组和C组SSTR_1、SSTR_2及SSTR_3表达均增强,其中尤以C组最为显著(B组各值与A组相比P<0.05;C组各值与A组相比P<0.01,C组各值与B组相比P<0.05)。结论肝纤维化肝组织中SSTR_1、SSTR_2及SSTR_3的表达增强,且与肝纤维化进展程度相关。Objective To study the change of the expression of somatostatin receptor （SSTR） in experimental hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride（CCI4） in rats. Methods 60 SD rats were involved in this study. Hepatic fibrosis were induced in 40 rats by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride 2mL/kg twice a week and another 20 rats were injected 0.9% NaCI solution 2mL/kg twice a week subcutaneously as normal group（group A）. According to the different duration of CCl4 injection and histopathological changes of liver, rats injected for 7 weeks and 12 weeks were named respectively as hepatic fibrosis group（group B） and hepatocirrhosis group（group C）. The expression of SSTR1, SSTR2, SSTR3 were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results There was little expression of SSTR1 and no expression of SSTR2 and SSTR3 in group A. The expression of SSTR1, SSTR2 and SSTR3 in group B and C were significantly higher than that in group A. Compared with group B, change in group C was especially marked （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of SSTR1, SSTR2 and SSTR3 is related to the severe degree of hepatic fibrosis.
