中药正肝方治疗肝炎后肝硬化伴高甲胎蛋白血症疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药正肝方治疗肝硬化伴高甲胎蛋白(AFP)血症患者的临床疗效。[方法]86例肝炎后肝硬化伴高AFP血症患者随机分为2组。对照组给予常规西药综合治疗,治疗组在常规西药综合治疗基础上,配合以中药正肝方为基本方辨证加减,每日服1剂,分2次口服,疗程6个月。观察2组治疗前后肝功能、AFP、层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)及影像学检查情况,比较2组治疗效果。[结果]正肝方能改善肝硬化伴高AFP血症患者肝功能和血清肝纤维化指标(P<0.01),降低血清AFP水平(P<0.01),其综合疗效优于对照组。[结论]正肝方能有效降低肝硬化伴高AFP血症患者血清AFP水平,并具有抗肝损伤、抗肝纤维化作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengganfang（ZGF） on the hepatitis cirrhosis with abnormal Alpha-fetoprotein（AFP）.MethodsEighty six patients of hepatitis cirrhosis with abnormal AFP were divided at random into therapeutic group and control group. Both of the groups got normal complex therapies. On the base of normal complex therapies, the therapeutic group was treated with ZGF, every day a decoction, for 6 months. Before and after treatment the change of liver function, the level of AFP, laminin（LN）, hyaluronic acid（HA） and type Ⅳ collagen（Ⅳ-C） were detected. Results ZGF could improve liver function and the serum index of hepatic fibrosis. The AFP level in the liver cirrhosis with abnormal AFP wad reduced（P〈0.01）.The curative effect of ZGF was better than control group . Conclusion ZGF can effectively decrease the level of abnormal AFP. It also has the function of anti-hepatic injury and anti-hepatic fibrosis.
