摘　　要：电子政务绩效评价应以公众满意为导向。文章在对净推荐值(Net Promoter Score)及其在企业中的应用分析的基础上,讨论了将其引入电子政务绩效评价的必要性和可行性,提出了具体的应用模型及实施步骤。E-government performance evaluation should be oriented by public satisfaction. Based on the analysis of the application of Net Promoter Score in the enterprises, the paper discusses the necessity and the feasibility of applying NPS to the E-government performance evaluation, and gives the application model and implementation steps as well.
