摘　　要：经费不足是目前我国多数国家重点实验室存在的问题。该问题得不到解决的一个原因是"等靠要",没有充分调动实验室内部的积极性。根本解决国家重点实验室经费问题,争取国家支持、调动主管部门、依托单位等多方面积极性争取经费支持是重要的;但充分发挥实验室内部创造性,建构理想的经费支持系统才是根本。要狠抓管理,充分发挥实验室的团队、机制、制度等内部因素潜力,推动问题的解决。Inadequate funding is a common problem in our state key laboratory.One of the causes to the unresolved problem is ＂waiting、relying and wanting＂.It is important to obtain national support,relying on various financial support to solve the problem of funding.But it is fundamental to give full play the internal creativity of laboratories and to form ideal funding support system.People must improve the management,mobilize personnel team,mechanism,and other internal factors to achieve optimal configuration,and so as to promote the solution of problem.
