唐山市农村地区小学生伤害的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查唐山市农村儿童伤害发生现状以及影响因素,为开展健康教育及预防伤害提供依据。方法采用儿童伤害相关行为调查表,按整群抽样的方法,对唐山市部分农村地区3所小学学生进行自填式问卷调查,采用SPSS12.0统计软件对调查结果进行描述性分析、χ2检验及多元Logistic回归分析。结果伤害的总发生率为48.1%,各年级伤害的发生率分别为:32.0%、32.1%、45.9%、57.5%、70.9%、43.9%。伤害类型前5位依次是:跌伤、烧烫伤、穿刺伤、碰击伤、刀割伤。结论儿童伤害发生率较高,应针对伤害危险因素加强伤害的健康教育,以提高儿童对伤害的预防和自我保护意识。Objective To find out the present situation and the cause of injuries in pupils,and provide data for preventive measures. Methods Adopting ＂ the children hurts related behavior questionnaire＂, clurster sampling method was applied. 1 223 pupils located in rural area of Tangshan city were collected. SPSS12. 0 software was used for analysis. Results The total incidence rate of injuries was 48.1%. The incidence rate of injury for different grades were：32. 0%, 32. 1% ,45.9% ,57.5% ,70.9% ,43.9% respectively. The top five injuries were in turn：injured by falling, scalds and burns, penetrating hurts, injured by collision,hurts by knife. Conclusion The incidence rate of injury is high. Health education related injuries should be provided to enhance the preventive and self-protective consciousness of pupils.
