摘　　要：定向探索策略是教师指向下师范生对教育问题进行分析研究的一整套教学操作方案.具体包括呈现问题、小组讨论、小组代表报告、教师反馈评价等步骤,具有教学呈现开放状态、培养师范生的交往能力、表达能力、表现能力、共事能力和问题解决能力、利于教育态度形成等特点.Object searching strategy is a set of plans to guide students to think about educational problems. It includes question presentation, group discussion, group report and teacher comment. Its main purpose is to develop students＇ ability of communication, expression, collaboration etc, which is useful to form educational attitude.
